Just like his father, Monish is a child prodigy. Growing up surrounded by music, musicians and musical instruments, didn’t take too long to adopt the environment. He took up music at the very tender age of 5. He learned variety of musical instruments by the time he was 11 years old.

Monish is classically trained Harmonium player in Hindustani Music. He completed grade 6 in Piano from Trinity College of Music in London, England and working towards his grade 7, a feat generally achieved mostly by professional musicians. He is very talented keyboard player both in classical & western fusion music. He is also a trained drummer and completed grade 2 from Trinity College of Music in London.

A talented and trained musician, Monish started performing professionally at the age of 12 along with his father in “Krishna Shruthi” a Light Music Orchestra owned and conducted by Krishna Kumar. Currently he is studying grade 11. In his spare time he is helping, producing and creating music for several TV commercials with Krishna Kumar.
